Job Summary

Coders Connect is partnering with a global technology innovator leading the way in intelligent automation and data-driven solutions. Their R&D hub based in the Copenhagen area develops advanced IoT platforms cloud back ends and analytics systems that transform real-world data into actionable intelligence used across industries worldwide.

As part of their ongoing growth they are looking for a Delivery Manager with a strong technical mindset to help scale delivery across multiple agile teams and cross-functional initiatives.

The Role:

Youll join a dynamic Group Digital Services division made up of six agile teams (58 members each) working across mobile applications backend platforms and analytics products. These teams deliver:
Mobile applications for field and customer use
Data analytics and AI solutions
IoT backend services managing connected devices globally
Back-office tools driving operational efficiency
Each team includes a Product Manager Delivery Manager and Tech Lead supported by engineers designers and data specialists.

What Youll Be Doing:

Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote best delivery practices
Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate with hardware development
Oversee delivery progress budgets and timelines
Drive continuous improvement in tools communication and processes
Align stakeholders across product engineering and business

Requirements

About You

You are an experienced Delivery Manager or Project Manager who thrives in agile collaborative environments. You bring a balance of structure technical understanding and strong interpersonal skills to keep teams focused and effective.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in software delivery or agile project management
Strong grasp of agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working closely with engineering teams
Ability to manage budgets and delivery timelines
Fluent in English and Danish is a MUST
