This role is responsible for identifying approximately 3000 new ICP contacts each week using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and keeping the master Excel contact list updated. The position manages around 15 LinkedIn accounts sending a total of 2625 connection requests weekly and tracking all accepted connections. It also involves creating monthly performance reports for each managed account highlighting key metrics such as new ICP connections brand representation impressions engagement rate profile views and individual post performance. Additionally the role includes actively engaging with content published by existing ICP connections while logged into managed LinkedIn accounts.
How you will achieve success:
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create weekly lists of relevant points of contact on LinkedIn.
- Support the daily growth of our LinkedIn network by sending connection requests to relevant points of contact at target brands.
- Manage day-to-day post engagement on LinkedIn including liking content posted by existing LinkedIn connections and using pre-approved comment templates.
- Update standardized daily/weekly/monthly reports.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Comfortable with organizing data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Executive Assistant or similar experience with a proventrack recordof good decision-making.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
