Inside Sales Representative
Location: Mumbai-Thane India
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales particularly with a strong background in cold calling. The ideal candidate will excel in generating new business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive cold calling emailing and following up on leads.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients understanding their needs and effectively communicating how firm can meet those needs.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of companys products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
CRM Management: Accurately record and manage all sales activities and client interactions in the companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales with a proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the climate-tech or HVAC industry is a plus.
Familiarity with IoT-based solutions and subscription models.
