What youll do
As our new Business Development Manager youll play a pivotal role in coordinating and enhancing our financial services initiatives across our different offices. This position requires a proactive and well-organised team player who can manage schedules coordinate teams monitor pipelines and drive impactful communication within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills industry expertise and a passion for driving efficiency and quality in our consulting outputs.
You will be based in Hellerup Denmark but will serve the entire Financial Services team at Implement across all global offices.
Your key responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing the Financial Services community across Implement ensuring smooth collaboration and clear follow-up actions across offices.
- Monitoring the Sales pipeline identifying key opportunities and activating the Financial Services community to contribute their expertise.
- Supporting international bid and proposal processes connecting teams and maintaining quality and consistency.
- Managing and aligning the international events calendar supporting coordination and execution of client events and supporting follow-up to capture leads.
- Keeping the team informed about industry developments and opportunities translating insights into concrete actions.
- Maintaining and developing our knowledge base and reference-case library working with project leads and AI teams to ensure best practice sharing.
Its also an important part of the position to help strengthen partnerships and capability mapping across markets to help drive new business and continuously improve our ways of working.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in financial services or a related industry and a thorough understanding of how the sector works. The ideal candidate is highly organised and enjoys keeping complex initiatives running smoothly.
