I am a financial broker seeking ideally for someone that has worked previously as a call centre agent or manager with at least 10 years of cold calling experience to assist in sourcing new clients. The ideal candidate would be close to retirement or looking for more flexibility to work remotely according the fixed agree hours and goals/arrangement.
Role Requirements:
Minimum 10 years proven experience in cold calling telesales or call centre management.
Strong communication and client engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and professionally.
Comfortable working flexible hours on a part-time/contract basis.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling / Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
