Job Summary

Introduction

Our client a private hospital in Limpopo is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee their Maternity and NICU units. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong clinical and managerial experience.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

SANC registration as a Professional Nurse
Diploma/Degree in Nursing
Diploma in Midwifery or Diploma in Midwifery and Neonatal Nursing Science
Minimum of 3 years experience in shift-leading or unit supervision
Minimum of 5 years experience in Midwifery
Experience managing small teams (the hospital has 12 beds and 10 midwives)
Willingness to participate in NICU and management training programs
Strong leadership organisational and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality patient care and team development
