The HR Generalist is responsible for administering human resources policies and procedures balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. The Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support to a designated internal client group (or groups) with primary responsibility for the day-to-day management of HR operations. This individual will work alongside a variety of human resources functions such as talent acquisition total rewards HR benefits and operations learning & professional development and other projects as assigned. This role requires a high degree of confidentiality and the ability to build credible relationships with business leaders allowing for better decisions and organizational effectiveness. This person will be apart of a web of support including our HR Business Partners HR Generalist and HR Coordinator. This role will report to the Director People Experience.
This position can be based in Kansas City MO and/or Saint Louis MO. This is a hybrid role.
