The Senior Charity Campaigns Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing an external team of donations specialists. This role involves overseeing process documentation knowledge management and acting as a subject matter expert in charity and donations procedures across various markets. Additionally the Donations and charity campaigns Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with the companys charitable goals.
- Establish and manage an external team of donations specialists ensuring effective process documentation and knowledge management.
- Monitor the performance of the external donations team to ensure timely allocation of donations collection of relevant documents and submission to the finance team.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency gains to optimize the charity and donations operations.
- Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders regarding beneficiary charity organizations and donation frequencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create and ensure timely posting of publications about the charitys activities for the website and social media platforms.
- Oversee content published by charitable organizations related to the support received from the company ensuring accuracy and positive representation.
- Ensure visibility and a favorable image of zooplus in supported shelters and digital media.
- Handle requests from charitable organizations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor competitors activities in the charity and donations sector and act as a trusted business advisor to management.
- Where relevant and requested support organization of internal charitable events such as employee volunteering at shelters and coordinate the companys involvement in charity partners events and campaigns.
- Create additional charitable initiatives such as interviews with partners or adoption campaigns to enhance the companys charitable impact.
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and external partners.
- Experience in managing charitable donations and campaigns is a plus demonstrating a commitment to social responsibility.
- Proficiency in social media and content creation. Ability to create engaging and impactful content.
- Experience in external vendor management task transition and process improvements.
- Fluent in English; additional EU language is a plus.
