Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Technician to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone passionate about animal care eager to contribute their technical skills and thrive in a fast-paced supportive setting. Youll work closely with our veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional care to our clients and small animal patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarians during examinations surgeries and procedures

Perform routine technical duties including venipuncture catheter placement radiology anesthesia monitoring and laboratory testing

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Educate clients on preventative care treatment plans and post-op instructions

Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital protocols through Vetspire veterinary software

Support general hospital cleanliness equipment sterilization and inventory management

Provide compassionate and calm handling of animals of all temperaments

Qualifications:

1 years of experience as a veterinary technician preferred (new grads welcome with strong clinical skills)

CVT LVT or RVT certification a plus but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Passion for animal health and client education

Must be available to work some Saturdays
