Revenue Data Coordinator role.
Your role
Process Management of uploading client rate cards into clients broker systems
Process Management of reporting WIP and debt into clients broker systems
Scheduled financial management reports required to meet agreed client relationship obligations.
Reconciliation of matter level data between Linklaters and clients systems.
Revenue reports to support Linklaters monthly billing and cash targets.
Financial performance reporting for client profiles including WIP debt and supplementary data.
Your experience
Experience of providing external facing reports within a Finance function preferably within SSC/BPO structures.
Excellent communication skills.
Extremely organised ability to prioritise and manage workload.
Able to work efficiently under time pressure
Analytical and problem solving
Quality oriented attention to detail and accuracy
Strong Excel skills
General understanding of IT and finance systems.
Fluent English
