About the Role
Were looking for a UX designer with hands-on experience in enterprise platforms (think Microsoft Dynamics 365 Salesforce ServiceNow or similar). The job is about taking complex business processes and turning them into clear user-friendly experiences often working within the standard design systems these platforms provide.
Youll be part of a cross-functional team alongside strategists engineers and product managers. You will focus on delivering great design work and collaborating closely with others including a Design Lead.
What Youll Do
Lead or support the UX process from research and discovery through to delivery.
Simplify complicated workflows so they make sense to end users.
Run user research and usability testing to make sure designs work in the real world.
Use data and feedback to keep improving experiences after launch.
Work closely with product managers engineers and analysts to balance user needs with platform capabilities.
Help teams use standard patterns effectively and extend them when needed.
Keep accessibility and usability front and centre in your work.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience designing within enterprise platforms like Dynamics Salesforce ServiceNow or similar.
Ability to simplify data-heavy or process-heavy tasks into intuitive interfaces.
Skills in user research service design and mapping processes.
Strong communication skills to work with both technical and businesspeople.
Awareness of accessibility standards and enterprise UX best practices.
Nice to Have
Experience in banking financial services or other regulated industries.
Consulting or client-facing experience.
Understanding of agile ways of working and product management.
