Job Description

About the Role

Were looking for a UX designer with hands-on experience in enterprise platforms (think Microsoft Dynamics 365 Salesforce ServiceNow or similar). The job is about taking complex business processes and turning them into clear user-friendly experiences often working within the standard design systems these platforms provide.

Youll be part of a cross-functional team alongside strategists engineers and product managers. You will focus on delivering great design work and collaborating closely with others including a Design Lead.

What Youll Do

  • Lead or support the UX process from research and discovery through to delivery.

  • Simplify complicated workflows so they make sense to end users.

  • Run user research and usability testing to make sure designs work in the real world.

  • Use data and feedback to keep improving experiences after launch.

  • Work closely with product managers engineers and analysts to balance user needs with platform capabilities.

  • Help teams use standard patterns effectively and extend them when needed.

  • Keep accessibility and usability front and centre in your work.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience designing within enterprise platforms like Dynamics Salesforce ServiceNow or similar.

  • Ability to simplify data-heavy or process-heavy tasks into intuitive interfaces.

  • Skills in user research service design and mapping processes.

  • Strong communication skills to work with both technical and businesspeople.

  • Awareness of accessibility standards and enterprise UX best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in banking financial services or other regulated industries.

  • Consulting or client-facing experience.

  • Understanding of agile ways of working and product management.
