Job Summary
This is a strategic and hands-on technical leadership role focused on ensuring system availability resilience scalability and reliability. You will architect and evolve automation frameworks lead non-functional testing and mentor engineers across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Non-Functional Testing
- Define and implement strategies for availability scalability security and reliability testing.
- Design and execute load stress spike and chaos testing scenarios to validate system behavior under extreme conditions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics: response time throughput resource utilization and error rates.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to simulate real-world production environments and failure modes.
- Integrate non-functional testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
Automation Framework Leadership
- Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium TestNG Cucumber Appium and Jenkins.
- Drive automation coverage across functional and non-functional domains.
- Ensure frameworks support white-box black-box and API-level testing.
Functional Testing & QA Governance
- Oversee functional test planning execution and defect triage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA strategies with business goals.
- Promote a culture of quality ownership continuous improvement and agile testing practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
- 10 years in QA with deep expertise in performance chaos and automation testing.
- Proficiency in Java SQL and scripting languages.
- Experience with CI/CD Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of test design techniques data analytics and system architecture.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
