Job Summary
Digital & Social Media Support
- Assist in managing and updating social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok).
- Support content creation including captions visuals short videos and stories.
- Help schedule posts and monitor engagement (likes comments messages).
Content & Website Management
- Assist in updating website content banners and promotions.
- Proofread digital content to ensure brand tone accuracy and consistency.
- Support basic SEO tasks such as keyword research and content optimization.
Campaign & Email Marketing
- Support digital campaigns promotions and brand activations.
- Assist with email marketing newsletters and database updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect content and visuals.
Analytics & Reporting
- Assist in tracking digital performance metrics (reach engagement website traffic).
- Prepare basic reports and insights to support decision-making.
Administrative & Creative Support
- Maintain digital content libraries and asset folders.
- Conduct competitor and trend research in digital marketing and hospitality.
- Support ad-hoc marketing and branding projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Marketing Communications Digital Media Business or related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools.
- Good writing skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe) is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
