Job Description

As a Strategic Account Executive at Sia you will play a pivotal role in advancing cyber resilience data privacy and AI trust initiatives across our most strategic enterprise this high-visibility role youll cultivate and sustain trusted long-term partnerships with senior executives ensuring the delivery of tailored high-value solutions while proactively identifying new opportunities to deepen our impact and expand our presence. 

This is a unique opportunity for a consultative sales leader who thrives in complex enterprise environments excels at building executive-level relationships and is passionate about shaping the future of cybersecurity and AI trust in business. You will collaborate closely with Sias global network of experts to deliver measurable outcomes helping clients mitigate their most critical digital risks while enabling secure accelerated business transformation. 

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution design through negotiation and close with a focus on enterprise Cybersecurity Data Privacy IT Risk and AI Trust services. 
  • Drive new business development by identifying and engaging prospective clients through research collaboration and strategic outreach initiatives. 
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align Sias capabilities with client objectives ensuring measurable and sustainable business outcomes. 
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor and champion for responsible cybersecurity adoption. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sias technical delivery and product teams to ensure seamless solution execution and client satisfaction. 
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets directly contributing to Sias growth and market leadership. 
  • Represent Sia externally at industry events conferences and executive client engagements positioning the firm as a leader in secure and ethical cybersecurity practices. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by refining sales processes enablement tools and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Located in the New York City metropolitan area and able to work on site. 
  • 10 years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of selling complex technology engagement and solutions to large organizations. 
  • Demonstrated success in selling cybersecurity data or cloud infrastructure services ideally within a consultancy or high-growth technology environment. 
  • Strong local and national networks and experience driving and leading business development client proposals and RFPs. 
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles stakeholder management and solution-based selling. 
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage or rapidly scaling organizations; comfortable building processes and driving change. 
  • Passion for cybersecurity and its potential to drive positive business and societal outcomes with a commitment to secure and ethical practices.

  • Total Compensation including base commission and benefits is between $250000 and $350000

Office Workplace Guidelines 

Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client business and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locationsNew York City Charlotte Seattle and San Francisco- are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
