We are looking for a Team Leader to provide disciplinary leadership for our Tariff/Customs Classification this role you will be accountable for people leadership performance management stakeholder/client relationship management and for project delivery.
Your focus will be on empowering employees fostering team culture and ensuring smooth collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Your Role:
As a Tariff Classification Team Lead you will play a crucial role in ensuring BOSCH Groups compliance with international trade regulations. Your expertise and leadership will help the team navigate classification of goods for tariff/customs purposes.
Your Impact:
- Manage and develop a team performing tariff classification of Bosch product portfolio from raw materials to components to finished goods production parts as well as spare parts according to the national tariff schemes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and manage international stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and HR guidelines. Acting as a communication bridge between employees and senior leadership.
- Work with a global team and Foreign Trade functions in entities in multiple countries therefore fluent communication in English is expected.
- Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with evolving foreign trade regulations particularly on tariff classification in many jurisdictions.
Qualifications :
- Min. 5 years of experience in trade compliance or product engineering.
- Strong understanding and proven experience in tariff classification.
- Proven experience (3 years) in a team leader people manager or HR-related role.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust.
- Experience in managing diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of HR processes (performance management conflict resolution
- coaching development).
- Empathy resilience and the ability to balance employee needs with organizational priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced English proficiency (German is a plus!).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP GTS or MIC) is a bonus.
