Job Summary

  • Deliver exceptional personalised service to all guests in alignment with the hotels luxury standards.
  • Greet and seat guests warmly presenting menus and offer expert recommendations on food and beverage selections.
  • Serve beverages including cocktails wines and premium spirits with precision and attention to presentation.
  • Anticipate guest needs and preferences to provide a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Process orders efficiently using the POS systems and ensure accurate billing and payment handling.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organisation of bar areas glassware and service stations to the highest hygiene standards.
  • Follow and implement all departmental procedures standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
  • Demonstrate the Passion for Excellence through serving our guests with flair and professionalism ensuring that their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved.
  • Ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and that the Essence of Pleasure is achieved.
  • Embody the art of French hospitality through a can do attitude.
  • Assist in stock management including inventory checks restocking and rotation of supplies.
  • Collaborate closely with Ambassadors and Supervisors to ensure smooth service and uphold team standards.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a premium restaurant or luxury hotel environment is preferred but not essential. 
  • A genuine passion for food beverage and exceptional guest service.
  • Strong knowledge of wines cocktails and spirits or a willingness to learn. 
  • Impeccable presentation and a confident professional manner.
  • The ability to stay calm organised and upbeat during busy service periods.
  • A strong team spirit and a desire to go above and beyond for our guests.
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
