Job Summary
- Deliver exceptional personalised service to all guests in alignment with the hotels luxury standards.
- Greet and seat guests warmly presenting menus and offer expert recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Serve beverages including cocktails wines and premium spirits with precision and attention to presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences to provide a seamless and memorable experience.
- Process orders efficiently using the POS systems and ensure accurate billing and payment handling.
- Uphold cleanliness and organisation of bar areas glassware and service stations to the highest hygiene standards.
- Follow and implement all departmental procedures standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
- Demonstrate the Passion for Excellence through serving our guests with flair and professionalism ensuring that their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved.
- Ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and that the Essence of Pleasure is achieved.
- Embody the art of French hospitality through a can do attitude.
- Assist in stock management including inventory checks restocking and rotation of supplies.
- Collaborate closely with Ambassadors and Supervisors to ensure smooth service and uphold team standards.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a premium restaurant or luxury hotel environment is preferred but not essential.
- A genuine passion for food beverage and exceptional guest service.
- Strong knowledge of wines cocktails and spirits or a willingness to learn.
- Impeccable presentation and a confident professional manner.
- The ability to stay calm organised and upbeat during busy service periods.
- A strong team spirit and a desire to go above and beyond for our guests.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
