About the Role


Were looking for a Sales Development Representative Lead to help shape how companies discover and adopt next-generation AI-powered hiring tools. Youll lead a team that serves as the first point of contact for potential customersdriving pipeline growth through outbound calls email social media and live events.


In this role youll oversee outbound strategy manage CRM systems create impactful outreach materials and ensure a seamless process from first touch to booked demo. Youll work directly with founders in a fast-paced startup environment where execution creativity and results are valued.


This is a ground-floor opportunity to help scale a YC-backed AI company transforming how businesses hire talent. Youll gain exposure to every stage of the sales process and have direct influence over growth strategy messaging and process development.


What Youll Do


  • Lead and coach a team of SDRs to exceed lead generation and demo targets.
  • Identify qualify and engage prospects through multi-channel outreach (email phone social events).
  • Own CRM and pipeline management ensuring accurate data and seamless handoffs to AEs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and outbound strategy.
  • Create and maintain sales collateral and process documentation.
  • Contribute to overall GTM strategy and help shape the future of how hiring teams adopt AI.


What You Bring


  • 36 years of experience in sales partnerships or business developmentpreferably in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
  • Proven record of high performance in outbound roles (quota-crusher top performer or rapid promotion track).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing SDRs.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot Salesforce etc.) and comfort working cross-functionally.
  • Interest in AI recruiting and the future of work.


Work Setup


Location: On-site in San Francisco 5 days/week

Salary: $75K $100K base equity (0.01% 0.5%)
