Job Summary

Job Summary:

Handle responsibilities of day-to-day airports operation. Follow up work progress performance and discipline at the station and take necessary actions to avoid occurrence of any flaws in safety and security within the department in addition to updating Regional Airports Manager / Deputy General Manager - Airport Services of any remarks or difficulties. Closely work with all internal and external agencies and ensure operations are run in smooth and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

To implement all directions issued by the appropriate authority on aviation security and will also be responsible in deployment of security personnel for security functions as per regulatory
Responsible for development maintenance and implementation of the Airline security program.
Establish and maintain effective liaison with the government agencies other security /safety related departments airport operator airport authority and other appropriate authorities responsible for security functions.
Ensure that all security procedures are being followed as per the GHA RA Cargo Catering agencies.
Set policies and procedures in respect of control and disseminate special information to line / other departments and follow up at station level.
Follow up on all operational incidents analyze and report internal risk factors. Publish a security brief.
Ensure that all security procedures are being followed as per the GHA RA Cargo Catering agencies.
Report all actual or suspected acts of unlawful interference with aircraft operation to the appropriate authority for security.
Control theft & pilferage of Company property
Ensure on time investigation.
To give inputs to prepare and control security budget.
Updating of manuals and local procedures
Ensure competent and qualifies work force are detailed for duty.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of aviation security experience with 2 years of leadership role as DM / Security Manager
Good command on English/Hindi language
Computer knowledge.

Good to have :

Ms Word knowledge
Analytical skills

Educational Qualification:

Should be Graduate.
