Business Relationship Manager (Education & Partnerships) Strategy & Growth
  • Market Planning: Develop and execute business plans for assigned geographies to maximize revenue and brand impact.

  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and scale new partnership opportunities focusing on high-value education and university relationships.

  • Performance Tracking: Own and deliver KPIs related to student recruitment intake trends and market share growth.

Relationship Management
  • Portfolio Leadership: Personally manage a portfolio of key institutional partners ensuring multi-level engagement and high performance.

  • Ecosystem Building: Collaborate with internal Member Engagement and Public Affairs teams to connect partners and strengthen the network.

  • Partner Support: Facilitate accreditation processes and provide operational support to improve partner performance and student outcomes.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent us at regional forums to elevate the brand and influence the accountancy profession.

Leadership & Insights
  • Mentorship: Guide and coach junior business development staff to optimize team performance.

  • Intelligence: Analyze competitor data and global education trends to innovate recruitment strategies.

  • Reporting: Maintain rigorous reporting on pipeline activity and progress against strategic global objectives.

Key Requirements
  • Proven track record in business development and stakeholder management.

  • Deep understanding of the Higher Education landscape and accountancy training.

  • Ability to translate market data into actionable growth strategies.
