Responsibilities:
Receive information about the Customers potential complaint and complaint from related Dept to be followed up by Sales Team.
Inform to Sales Team regarding Customers potential complain and complaint that need follow up from them.
Monitoring and controlling the progress in the log data.
Communication to any relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
Final year student or fresh graduate from any major
Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
Committed to do 6 months internship period
Adequate knowledge in basic Microsoft Excel Microsoft word and Power Point
Good understanding of administration process
Good verbal and written communication skills
Have desire to learn along with professional drive
