Since its establishment in 2013 the Sofia Finance Shared Services center has been operating for over 10 years with a proven track of record of success and growth and is designed to serve our global customers across various financial functions including Procure to Pay Record to Report and Order to Cash.


Supervises a team of employees administrative support and / or entry-level professionals.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of full billing process within team to ensure timeliness and accuracy: monitors billing request status; reviews monthly unbilled and credit trackers; co-ordinates cover during team absence; ensures all internal processes relating to approvals and escalations are followed; ensures team have access to and are using available systems/tools/reports/trackers to identify billing opportunities and clear unbilled costs; ensures full and up to date billing process and guidance documentation is in place.
Good awareness of Customer requirements: ensures team are tracking and meeting these effectively; proposes efficient solutions in meeting non-standard requirements; leads discussions when requirements cannot be met due to system limitations.
Collaborates effectively with other teams across the organization to ensure timely resolution of all billing related queries; builds strong relationships within other functions; supports team where needed with internal and external communications.
Drives process improvement and standardization: seeks and provides constructive feedback on improvement opportunities; highlights where further training and guidance is required across the team and wider organization and assists in delivering this; communicates regular process reminders; leads cross department meetings to improve processes; assists in the resolution of system errors assists in the design enhancement defect resolution and testing of reports and RPAs; involvement in process optimization initiatives.
Assists in recruitment efforts; co-ordinates new team member onboarding and training; provides continued support.
Focuses on development engagement and retention of team: support and coaching during regular one to ones; career development discussions; goal setting and performance reviews; appropriate allocation of customers and tasks across team; soft skills training; recognition of achievements; team re-structures; promotion of teamwork through regular trainings meetings and social events.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in problem solving and prioritizing.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of accounting/financial principles and best practices.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines.
Ability to lead coach and mentor staff.

Administers and executes policies processes and procedures that affect subordinate employees and the workflow of the team. Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.

Develops and maintains strong relationships through effective communication that promote goal accomplishment; uses professional and mature communications with others; exhibits excellent listening skills; seeks out information and input from others; actively shares information with others; leads team meetings; confident in expressing ideas; identifies any breakdown in communication processes and works to resolve; clearly communicates company announcements that will impact the team.
Education and Experience:
Previous experience that provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0
to 5 years) or equivalent and relevant combination of education training & experience.
1 year of leadership responsibility.
