SIA-RDP (Secure Infrastructure Access) is a cutting-edge solution and we are seeking an experienced Team Leader with high professional and interpersonal skills as well as a strong drive for this role you will oversee the entire development lifecyclefrom initial planning through development and testingculminating in successful releases to our customers. You will also mentor team members fostering their growth and helping them excel in their roles.
- Drive the professional growth of team members through mentorship and continuous development.
- Recruit onboard and train new team members ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
- Define and implement improvement goals guiding the team toward achieving measurable outcomes.
- Deliver high-value content and solutions for our customers ensuring quality and relevance.
- Own the end-to-end responsibility for design development architecture quality and production of the teams products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers product owners cross-functional teams and your own team to deliver features from requirements through production.
- Serve as the R&D focal point in discussions with field teams and customers providing expertise and insights.
- Champion and maintain CyberArks culture promoting our values and best practices.

Qualifications :
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- 6 years hands-on software development experience and 3 years as a Team Leader managing teams of 4 engineers
- Strong knowledge of cloud development (AWS) SaaS products and modern CI/CD tools (Git Jenkins Artifactory)
- Technical expertise in Python or another back end language like Java C# / .NET
- C Windows internal protocols and information security are advantages
- Proven ability to learn complex systems mentor teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
