We proudly offer an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Manager in Training for our Washington DC office. Were searching for a dynamic and experienced Direct Sales Team leader who is looking for career growth opportunities to Assist the Residential Sales Manager join our growing team and take charge of expanding our customer base. This differs from your average sales job as youll be at the forefront of a rapidly growing industry helping homeowners switch to clean renewable energy.
This role requires someone with a strategic mind a relentless work ethic a constant desire for growth and the ability to build a high-performing sales team leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Residential Sales Manager in overseeing the Direct sales team throughout the employee lifecycle including recruiting hiring training and development and HR processes
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
- Ensuring the development of the employees under your management
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys customer base
- Maximizing all sales efforts
- Articulately and effectively building rapport while generating new sales and ensuring the best possible customer service experience
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 2 years prior direct marketing or similar experience with a strong performance record in Energy Solar Home Remodelling Telecommunications Insurance or Automotive
- Prior team leadership/management background and ability to develop and coach a team
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Organized detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record; own vehicle
- Unrivalled interpersonal skill - youre an expert at determining what makes people tick and aligning that to the needs of an organization to optimize impact
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
- Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous constantly changing demands
Income/Benefit Expectation:
- Base Salary:$700 weekly Commission and Overrides:
