We are looking for a F&B Reservations Agent based at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong!
As a F&B Reservations Agent we rely on you to:
- Responsible for the booking process for restaurants
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally meet the expectation and resolve the issues promptly
- Work closely with F&B Team to coordinate special events / festival / promotions
- Maintain and optimize the reservations management system for efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor service standards and streamline processes to enhance the guest experience
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor
- Update and maintain Food & Beverage department database and customers profiles
We are looking for someone who has:
- Higher Diploma or above in Tourism / Hotel Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 1 years relevant work experience in Hotel industry
- Independent and self-motivated with strong customer services skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- A flexible candidate that will be assigned to work on shift (weekdays/weekends)
