F&B Supervisor
The F&B Supervisor assists in managing daily food and beverage operations ensuring excellent guest service smooth workflow and adherence to company standards. They oversee team performance maintain quality control and help achieve business goals.
- Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Assist in handling guest complaints and resolving service issues.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in training new employees on service standards and company policies.
- Coordinate team schedules and assign daily tasks.
- Motivate and encourage the team to maintain high morale.
- Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
- Promote upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment.
- Minimize waste and manage portion control.
- Ensure all food and beverage areas comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Report any operational issues to the management team.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality F&B or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of current or previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress (Senior or in charge of Section/Outlet) in a five-star hotel.
- Strong leadership communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
