- Assist the F&B Supervisor whenever required
- Supervise and coordinate activities of Heartists personnel
- Greet and interact with guests addressing inquiries concerns and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure consistent high-level service and customer satisfaction
- Manage Heartists schedules and handle operational logistics
- Liaise between the kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly
- Maintain inventory and report needs for supplies and equipment
- Train new Heartists and conduct regular team meetings
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B service
- Strong understanding of hospitality service standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations and resolve conflicts
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
