We are looking for enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors who enjoy working in a dynamic multicultural environment and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Position Overview
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor you will be a key point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients assisting with inquiries bookings and other travel-related requests. This is a full-time on-site role based in Sofia Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in fluent Dutch.

Support customers with travel bookings changes questions and problem resolution.

Provide accurate information about travel services policies and packages.

Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Continuously improve knowledge of company offerings and the travel industry.
Requirements

Fluent Dutch (both written and spoken) required.

English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not essential training will be provided.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate customer service tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to relocate to Sofia Bulgaria. Candidates relocating from abroad will be provided flight tickets and accommodation but no additional relocation package is offered.
