- Language Fluency: Fluent English (B2) with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Composure & Accuracy: Ability to remain calm and maintain accuracy under the pressure of a live setting.
- Flexibility: Available for 24/7 rotating shifts (with self-selection options available).
