We are looking for a TIB Coordinator who is very organised and pays attention to details to help with our Truck-in-the-Box (TIB) project. This job includes handling communications with applicants paperwork scheduling data entry and overall coordination to make sure the program runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Call TIB applicants and get private information from them.
Give out and keep track of the paperwork that applicants need to sign and send in.
Set up meetings and make sure that everything runs smoothly between applicants and internal teams.
To make contracts official enter data and keep track of spreadsheets.
Make and keep profiles for new drivers in the TIB program.
Make payments and check on the programs productivity metrics.
Handle many administrative tasks at once with accuracy and on time.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or the equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
12 years of experience in customer service or administrative coordination jobs.
Great at organising paying attention to details and doing more than one thing at once.
Good at using Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Excel.
Ability to speak and write clearly and professionally.
Learns quickly likes to work with their hands and is good at solving problems.
Pay per hour: $30 to $45 depending on experience.
