Compensation: $140K $190K Equity (0.25% 2%)

About the Role

Were seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and wants to help shape the next generation of AI-powered developer this role youll work across the stackfrom database to UIwhile building intelligent product features fine-tuning prompts and creating custom generative AI tools.

If you love staying at the edge of whats possible with LLMs building from first principles and crafting products that make engineers more creative and productive this role is for you.

Tech stack: AWS MongoDB TypeScript React Vercel

What Youll Do

Build and ship full-stack features across the productfrom backend systems to UI components
Design and implement intelligent product experiences (prompt engineering custom AI tools model integrations)
Work directly with users to refine workflows and improve reliability
Contribute to system prompts general intelligence and denoising capabilities
Stay on top of the latest in generative AI research tooling and techniquesand put them into practice

What Were Looking For

5 years of full-stack engineering experience
Strong curiosity and demonstrated interest in the AI/LLM space
Startup experience or experience shipping high-velocity products
Experience with user-facing product work and feedback loops
Bonus: built code-gen tools agents or RAG pipelines without frameworks (e.g. LangChain)
