Consultant – Finance Systems (Planning & Reporting)

As a Professional Services Consultant youll implement insightsoftwares Budgeting Planning and Financial Consolidations solutions helping world-class clients transform their financial performance management processes.

Over time youll develop deep expertise across Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms and become a trusted advisor to finance leaders. To succeed youll need a strong grounding in finance (FP&A budgeting or consolidation) excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical system configurations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Understand customer data flows and processes around budgeting planning and financial consolidation
• Analyze business requirements and design maintainable scalable solutions
• Configure implement and test customer solutions
• Integrate EPM systems with ERP or other enterprise data sources
• Demonstrate and communicate the business value of insightsoftware solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers and technical teams
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships through clear communication and delivery excellence
• Achieve target billable utilization within 6 months

Qualifications :

• 3 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis Financial Consolidation EPM consulting or ERP finance process experience (budgeting forecasting planning or consolidation)
• Background in Accounting Finance or Management Information Systems
• Prior exposure to EPM platforms (e.g. Anaplan Tagetik OneStream BPC) is a plus but not required. Full training on JustPerform will be provided. 
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to bridge finance language and technical configuration
• Collaborative detail-oriented and eager to learn new tools such as JustPerform
