Job Description

We are seeking a friendly adaptable and service-oriented Hebrew-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our innovative travel project. This is a fully remote role that requires you to be based in Lithuania offering flexibility while connecting you to a vibrant international team.

In this role you will provide exceptional support to Hebrew-speaking customers ensuring they have smooth and enjoyable experiences throughout their travel journey. Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is an advantage but not mandatory what matters most is your fluency in Danish strong communication skills and eagerness to provide excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Hebrew-Speaking Customer Advisor you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Hebrew-speaking customers via phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel bookings itineraries changes and general questions.
  • Ensure high-quality customer interactions by addressing issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Understand and convey travel-related information clearly and accurately.
  • Handle complex inquiries with patience empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on project developments service offerings and travel industry trends.


Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluent Hebrew (C1) excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • English proficiency (B2 minimum).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Passion for travel and customer satisfaction.
