As a Product Owner in Trust & Estate Solutions you enable the development and release of products and features through strategic thinking and overcoming obstacles. You will work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value while gaining skills and experience to grow within your working with Trust & Estate leadership the business users including Trust Officers and Business Management you will investigate issues define and document requirements perform detailed analyses develop project plans serve as a liaison between front and back office manage and report progress and drive the implementation of business solutions and change management initiatives.
Job responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of our approach to fees in each region including the services that we charge for.
- Develop an understanding of the operating models behind how we charge fees including the various fee platforms.
- Drive Trust requirements associated with changes to the fee schedules and changes to the fee platforms including project management and support for the delivery of end-to-end process changes.
- Drive technology development through use of agile methodologies. Create and refine JIRA stories and maintain backlog where applicable.
- Facilitate implementation of new functionality through project management training sessions and the development of training manuals to ensure seamless change management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for product support to ensure a positive user experience by triaging and escalating issues and proactively recognizing and responding to emerging and potential issues.
- Establish relationships with key functional areas within JPMorgan to support the development and ongoing delivery of T&E solutions (Technology Operations Risk etc.)
- Support the broader Product Management team with ad-hoc projects from time to time.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 10 years of experience delivering and facilitating change using technology and process re-engineering in a corporate environment and / or strategy or management consulting firm
- Experience in Agile Methodology - Ability to write user stories representing business requirements and test new products or product enhancements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across businesses lines and key support functions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Excel Word Visio and PowerPoint
- Drive data reporting to Senior Management (recurring and ad-hoc)
- Familiarity with managing a SharePoint site. Proficiency in excel and ability to manage large amounts of data
- Highly motivated results-oriented client -focused. Ability to be flexible follow tight deadlines organize and prioritize work
