Job Summary

Titan Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to oversee an enterprise-wide IT support program within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) consisting of multiple interrelated projects including helpdesk services infrastructure operations and enterprise application support. The Program Manager will ensure alignment with performance standards service level agreements and mission outcomes. This role will engage with senior leadership provide program briefs manage budgets and schedules and coordinate technical teams to deliver high-quality IT services.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple interrelated IT projects within an enterprise-wide program
Direct day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with SLAs and performance objectives.
Interface with senior leadership and stakeholders to define priorities and report progress.
Provide leadership in Agile or Agile-hybrid project management practices.
Develop program reports dashboards and risk management strategies.
Manage technical scheduling and financial aspects of IT program delivery.
Oversee cloud adoption and modernization initiatives across infrastructure and applications.

You MUST have:

10 years of experience managing IT programs or enterprise-level projects.
Strong record of managing cross-functional IT teams across infrastructure applications and helpdesk.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
ITIL 4 Foundations
A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Its great if you also have:

Proficiency with Microsoft Project and program management tools.
Demonstrated ability to brief senior executives and drive program performance.
Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies in enterprise IT environments.
Familiarity with cloud transformation programs (Azure AWS hybrid cloud).

Education:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or related field (Masters preferred).
