Compensation and Upside- Base salary targeted in the $80000 to $85000 range depending on experience
- On-target earnings of approximately $150000
- Upside potential of $160000 to $170000 or more as the territory grows
Compensation is profit-based not just revenue-based. Monthly profit thresholds decrease as the territory grows meaning the stronger the business you build the more favorable the compensation plan becomes.
