Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Be assigned to designated business unit(s) and participate in global automation and continuous improvement activities
- Work closely with various business units and parties to identify solutions for manufacturing process improvement or cost saving initiatives to align with overall operation strategy
- Responsible for technical reviewing Cycle Time optimizing and Quality improvement
- Develop optimized process and machine parameters and settings to achieve required product functional and quality levels
- Implement new production assembly procedures and process and product control parameters
Requirements
- Degree in Electronic Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Automation other Engineering orScience disciplines
- 2 years or above in process improvement role in manufacturing industry
- Previous experience in new project follow-up
- A team player who is eager to learn and with good work attitude
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)

- Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior position
