The Advanced Math & Science Academy Charter School is currently accepting applications for On Call Substitute Teachers for the 2025-2026 school and Staff Members at the Advanced Math and Science Academy will:-Focus intensely on increasing achievement content knowledge and character growth for all students.-Create inspiring challenging and effective teaching and learning experiences for all of our students.-Be committed to serving all students including English Language Learners and Students with Disabilities in the context of the regular education classroom using a variety of inclusion models.-Contribute to a strong and supportive professional learning Responsibilities:The On Call Substitute Teacher will:-Provide instruction and implementation of teacher designed curriculum that meets the learning objectives of the class.-Maintain proper classroom management and follow all school policies and all required administrative duties such as class attendance.-Perform all tasks that are assigned to the regular teacher on that day (bus duty study hall lunch coverage etc.).-Manage student behavior in class and surrounding areas and provide guidance to students where applicable.-Perform other related duties as :-Bachelors Degree.-Strong commitment to the Advanced Math and Science Academys mission values and educational model.-Current authorization to work in the United States.
