British American TobaccoMéxicohas an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Trainee ProgramGlobal Graduate in Monterrey.

Our HR Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional Commercial skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in and how the BAT Human Resources departments work together to achieve outstanding business results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) function acting as the main HR point of contact for the trade marketing team
  • Spend 30-40% of the time in the field observing operations and applying coaching & feedback methodologies
  • Manage core HR processes such as recruitment payroll labor relations and performance management.
  • Drive Talent Management & Development (TMD) initiatives and analyze HR KPIs to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and support HR strategies while being open to national and international travel including stays of up to 13 weeks.
  • End Market implementation of the Global Learning & Development agenda:
  • Develops delivers and facilitates innovative local learning interventions that respond to local business demands.
  • Evaluates all learning and development activities. Such evaluation should seek to cover Reaction Learning Behaviour and Results.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Administration Business Marketing or a related field
  • Candidates with at least 6 months and up to 18 months of professional experience.
  • Recent graduates (graduation from June 2024 to June 2025).
  • Fluent in English (advanced level)
  • Advance levels in MS Office Programs.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is desirable
  • Must be open to national and international mobility
  • Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background are desirable
  • A valid drivers license is required
