LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE
- Provide support in taking milk samples from tankers on established routes in order to measure the level of compliance with quality standards.
- Take wastewater samples to verify the results of the parameters of the different treatment systems in order to ensure process efficiency.
- Monitor and collect logistics information for T1 and T2 routes coordinating arrival times to optimize milk loading and unloading.
- Ensure milk preservation by following established quality procedures to obtain a quality product.
- Control records of milk volumes and quality in the system.
- Verify and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the collection center
