Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support business outcomes.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership team development performance management and employee relations.
Lead a team of HRBPs to ensure consistent and effective HR support across departments or business units.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition Total rewards ERs GBS) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Drive workforce planning and talent management processes including succession planning career pathing and leadership development.
Analyze HR metrics (e.g. turnover engagement diversity performance outcomes) to identify trends and recommend actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and best HR practices.
Lead organizational change initiatives ensuring smooth transitions and high college engagement.
Partner with leadership to manage headcount budgets and organizational design.
Act as a cultural ambassador promoting a positive inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to business goals.
Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across multiple levels of the organization.
Solid understanding of employment law employee relations and organizational development principles.
Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics to inform decisions.
High integrity discretion and emotional intelligence.
Experience:
10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a business partner or HR leadership role.
Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex fast-paced environment.
Experience managing and developing HR professionals or teams.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to business goals.
Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across multiple levels of the organization.
