They are expanding their Egypt-based team and are seeking a skilledFacilities Procurement Buyer to implement procurement initiatives that directly support operational excellence and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:Translate analytical findings into practical sourcing strategies and execution plans
Execute RFPs RFQs direct negotiations and single-source procurement activities
Align with internal stakeholders to confirm project scope deadlines and sourcing methods
Manage end-to-end supplier engagement and tendering processes through to contract award
Ensure full compliance with procurement policies procedures and documentation standards
Track and report on project milestones including cost savings and delivery timelines
Utilise internal systems such as Coupa to manage procurement workflows and performance metrics
Requirements:Proven experience in facilities procurement or a similar sourcing role
Strong knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes and strategic sourcing methodologies
Effective stakeholder engagement and supplier management capabilities
Proficient in procurement tools and systems (Coupa experience highly preferred)
Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills
Based in Egypt and available to work on-site full-time
