The Opportunity
You will lead the EHS Group onsite while partnering with the General Manager to hold site leadership accountable for workplace safety. You will be directly responsible for site specific Fulfillment Center Environmental Health and Safety. You will report to the Senior Manager of EHS and work onsite (Ontario CA) Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.

Your Impact
- Review metrics reviews FC incidents and incident investigations provide feedback and assist site leaders with mitigation strategies to reduce hazards and lower risks.
- Stay connected to the site leadership team regarding weekly safety metrics.
- Engage all site team members on a routine basis to identify the pulse of safety engagement at the site.
- Audit site EHS program for completion of regulatory compliance training reporting and metric completion.
- Manage the site EHS Specialist and be responsible for their development.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in EHS program management with emphasis on program development reducing injuries and promoting safety culture.
- Basic experience with LEAN principles process improvement and change management.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer applications (Excel-can maintain complex spreadsheets PowerPoint) required).
