Post-Sales Deployment Expert (Sales Engineer)

PacerPro is a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming workflow automation and data management for law firms. Our platform captures organizes and delivers court data directly into firm systemsenhancing efficiency compliance and decision-making.

As we scale we are seeking a Post-Sales Deployment Expert to lead seamless client onboarding optimize adoption and support long-term client success.

Role Overview

As a Post-Sales Deployment Expert (Sales Engineer) you will serve as a key link between Sales Customer Success and Product teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure law firms implement PacerPro effectively and derive maximum value from the platform.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-growth SaaS environments who is comfortable navigating ambiguity iterating quickly and collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities
Lead post-sales deployment processes including onboarding workflow integration and training.
Own the client journey post-contract ensuring smooth transitions and high engagement.
Deliver both onsite and virtual training for attorneys IT personnel and firm administrators.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to define success criteria resolve adoption barriers and support retention.
Represent the voice of the customer providing feedback to Sales Product and Customer Success teams.
Develop scalable onboarding materials and best practices to support firm-wide deployments.
Travel to client sites as needed to facilitate hands-on training and relationship-building.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in post-sales deployment customer success SaaS implementation or workflow automation.
Proven success working in startup SaaS environments with rapid iteration and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience engaging with law firms professional services or highly regulated client sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with attorneys IT teams and senior leadership.
Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of managing multiple deployments.
Familiarity with process change and workflow adoption is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
