The Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing sales profitability customer satisfaction and retention of new and used car sales deals while providing solid planning motivation and coordination of the sales department through leadership and solid business practices.

Responsibilities
- Hire train and develop a team of automotive sales consultants.
- Direct and schedule the activities of department employees and monitor performance to ensure individual and department goals are achieved.
- Ensure CRM is being utilized in accordance with dealership policies and expectations.
- Assist in closing deals and assisting customers as needed.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Pay: $227000 to $341000 per year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary commissions bonuses benefits (vacation and sick) etc. Employees in this position will be paid a base salary of $108000 per year. Commissions are expected to range from $109000 to $223000 per year based on performance.
