Our
Business Administrator consists of an 18-month long opportunity to build on your organisational and communication skills develop the skills and knowledge required for Business Admin by working with staff across the Council to help us achieve our vision to make Hammersmith & Fulham one the most inclusive boroughs in the country and apply your can-do attitude whilst working towards a Level 3 Business administrator qualification.

The Job:
Support the Repairs Team in delivering an excellent service to its residents.
Learn and carry out various administrative tasks to enable service delivery.
Gain an understanding and working application of customer service repair targets and monitoring key elements of work such as leaks decants etc

Training and Development:
Complete a
Business Administrator Level 3 qualification funded by the Council. This will involve attendance at a college and/or completing tasks in the workplace (depending on specific course requirement).

Moving on
After you have successfully completed your Apprenticeship you will have gained valuable workplace experience and attained a professional qualification which will improve your chances of finding work either within the Council or with another employer or help you move on to a higher level apprenticeship elsewhere.


To apply for this Apprenticeship:
Be a Hammersmith & Fulham resident or care leaver aged 16 who has lived in the UK.
Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years (as part of the funding requirement).
Not currently be qualified in Business Administrator at Level 3 or above.
Currently not undertaking any other formal form of study (e.g. college or university course).
