Applications Specialist
Harris Corporate IT - Remote
We are currently seeking a skilled administrator proficient in both Jamf and Intune to manage our Apple and Microsoft device ecosystems. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in configuring deploying and maintaining Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient management of our organizations diverse device infrastructure.
What will your impact be:
- Manage and maintain Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune environments to effectively oversee Apple and Windows device fleets.
- Develop and implement device management policies configurations and compliance standards across both platforms.
- Deploy software packages applications and updates to devices using Jamf Pro and Intune.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate device management solutions into existing workflows and systems.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement optimizations to ensure smooth operation.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Jamf Pro and Intune functionality.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to Apple and Windows device management.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Jamf Administrator and Intune Administrator managing both Apple and Windows device environments in enterprise settings.
- In-depth knowledge of Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune functionalities policies and configurations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash PowerShell or Python.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite including Word Excel and Outlook (O365)
- Ability to prioritize effectively and to perform proactively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A Strong dedication to quality customer service
What will help you stand out:
- Jamf Certified Administrator (JAMF 100) certification.
- Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator Associate certification.
- Experience with other mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Familiarity with macOS iOS Windows and Android operating systems.
- Service Now or similar ticketing system
- ITSM - ITIL
- Active Directory
