Our client is a fast-paced B2B provider of IT hardware specializing in a wide range of products including switches servers storage optics and cabling. They have built their success on a foundation of speed accuracy proactive communication and relentless follow-up. They are a performance-driven organization focused on building long-term careers for their team members not just filling seats.
We are seeking two experienced and highly motivated Account Manager / Executive Sales Representatives to join our clients team. This is a unique opportunity for a true hunter who is driven by commissions and wants to build a lucrative book of business.
The role begins with a strong focus on outbound prospecting requiring 100 calls per day to warm and existing lists. As you successfully build your client base the position will naturally evolve into an account management role with significant long-term earning potential. The salary is the floor; your commission is the ceiling.
Prospecting: Execute a high volume of outbound activities including 100 dials per day supplemented by email and LinkedIn touches using provided lists and your own research.
Discovery & Qualification: Engage with prospects to uncover their specific needs including exact SKUs quantity timelines budget and the decision-making process.
Pricing & Quoting: Work closely with internal sales managers to develop pricing and turn around accurate quotes quickly often on the same day.
Follow-up & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle handle objections with calibrated questions and establish clear next steps to close deals.
Post-Sale Relationship Management: Verify delivery and performance and proactively identify opportunities for add-ons renewals and future refresh cycles.
CRM Hygiene: Meticulously log all calls contacts notes quotes and next actions in the CRM daily.
First 30 Days: Consistently achieve 80-120 dials per day generate 8-12 qualified opportunities and issue 10-15 quotes.
First 60 Days: Generate 12-18 new opportunities issue 15-25 quotes and close your first deals.
First 90 Days: Consistently close 4-8 deals per month build a growing gross profit run rate and maintain a tight follow-up cadence.
Experience: 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or account management. A background in IT hardware is a strong plus.
Communication: You must be a fluent professional English speaker with exceptional skillsa clear talker a clean writer and a sharp listener.
Mindset: You are commission-driven self-managed and persistent. You are motivated by the scoreboard and know how to own your number.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Outlook Excel and Word with excellent CRM habits and a high level of comfort on the phone.
Professionalism: You maintain a professional and apolitical demeanor in all work-related communications.
Remote Setup: You have a reliable high-speed internet connection a quality headset and a quiet dedicated workspace.
Our client is committed to promoting from within. High-performing representatives have a clear path to advance to Senior Account Manager then Team Lead and ultimately Sales Manager. Sales Managers receive a larger base salary retain commission on their personal sales and earn a percentage override on the gross profit of the team they manage.
This is a full-time remote role hired and paid through our staffing partner who handles all payroll taxes and compliance.
The compensation is a lucrative base salary with a three-tiered commission structure designed to reward high performance.
