Job Summary
Position : Operations Manager (Supply Chain)
Working Schedule : 9a-6p EST
Salary Range : $1800-$2500 / month (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Were looking for an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day flow of our business ensuring orders move seamlessly from factories to warehouses to customers. Youll be the bridge between our supply chain distributors 3PL partners and e-commerce channels building processes that scale as fast as we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distributor Operations: Own all distributor communications including SKU setup PO management delivery splits and issue resolution.
- 3PL Management: Build strong relationships with our warehouse partners holding them accountable for service levels and fixing issues when they arise.
- Order Flow Oversight: Supervise our order processing team ensuring accuracy efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Process & Systems: Optimize workflows in Cin7 and Shopify. Automate where possible streamline where needed and make reporting effortless.
- Customer Experience: Oversee escalated customer issues (e-commerce wholesale) and ensure fast professional resolutions.
- Performance Metrics: Drive improvements in on-time delivery error rates and distributor satisfaction while reducing manual order fixes.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in operations logistics or supply chain coordination or a strong startup background.
- Detail-oriented problem solver who takes ownership and doesnt let things slip.
- Comfortable managing others (offshore team) and interfacing with suppliers warehouses and distributors.
- Tech-comfortable confident in Excel/Sheets and eager to learn tools like Cin7 Monday and Shopify.
- Curious about AI and automation; you naturally look for ways to streamline workflows with tools like Make Zapier or ChatGPT.
- Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
- Excited to grow with the company and take on more responsibility over time.
