Role Overview

In this pivotal role you will be the guardian of trustfor Coupang Taiwan. You will be at the forefront of defining and executing a strategic roadmap to protect our customers sellers and our platform from fraud and abuse. Your mission is to ensure our groundbreaking e-commerce services are not just innovative but also the safest and most trusted in the Taiwanese market.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of product management experience or equivalent with a proven track record of developing and managing large-scale products
• Ability to combine strategic foresight with a strong execution focus to drive results.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complexprojects with multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to delve into details and drive results.
• Excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex ideas succinctly and persuasively. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the e-commerce industry particularly with developing and scaling risk trust & safety or fraud prevention products..
• Experience launching consumer-facing products in a fast-paced environment with a preference for candidates who have worked in start-ups or large tech companies.
