Team Description
We conduct Catalog Audits based on the customer shopping experience across Coupangs overall business.
Through auditing the Coupang catalog we identify defects that could lead to a poor customer experience and resolve them through communication with relevant departments to ensure correction.
What you will do
Review monitoring results conducted by Catalog CX auditors and provide feedback.
Create dashboards visualizing feedback (based on result reviews) and productivity metrics.
Support the creation of monitoring reports and catalog defect reports based on monitoring results.
Analyze discrepancy cases (Diff cases) according to work guidelines and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
